I’ve had my hiccups with this establishment but this was the cherry on top. I went in for Balancing, Alignment, and an oil change. To start there was Poor communication from the bald guy, his names mark I believe. Has an attitude problem and doesn’t take his job as serious as he should. I gave this establishment my business and for him to sit there and try to argue with me is just wrong. Then after one day of riding around I noticed that one of my lug nuts was about to completely fall off. That’s just unacceptable, and all I got was an apology and no offer to inspect and torque the lug nut. This is a serious safety issue and I recommend to double check their work after leaving.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a great experience at Red Barn Tires. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. One thing that really stood out is that they can accommodate RVs, which isn’t always easy to find. They handled an alignment for our RV and did a fantastic job. If you’re looking for a place that treats you well and knows what they’re doing—especially for larger vehicles—this is definitely a spot to trust.
